I bought this crib for our first grandbaby in October 2020. As you might imagine it was a special purchase and one I thought about. I want to say I have not for one moment regretted the purchase. Every time I put my grandbaby into that crib I feel like I am placing him in a comfortable and safe place. I love the look and the feel of the crib. For me the sleek design is a pleasure to look at.
In October 2020 I purchased the crib and guardrail. Not sure why I did not get the conversion post at that time. This year it was time to convert the crib to the toddler bed. I contacted Dream On Me and was lucky enough to have Rahul advise me on how to attain the conversion post. The customer service was outstanding. Rahul researched which item I needed, provided a link for purchase and sent along a copy of the instructions on how to make the switch. The conversion process was easy enough. I read the instructions and took my time to ensure I was doing it correctly. As with all projects there were a few things I did not pick up on when reading the instructions (for instance-the ridged side of the barrel nut should face out so one can use a screwdriver if necessary to align the nut with the bolt). I am so happy to have the toddler bed ready for my grandbaby’s next visit. I hope you find this review helpful and hope your baby and you also find joy with this crib.
