This was a hand me down crib from friends and it has held up like brand new.
It was last fall when we bought this crib. The hardware was missing. I contacted Dream on Me. They immediately sent out the missing hardware minus the casters. The casters were back ordered. They offered me a set of 4 non-locking casters but we chose to wait for the locking casters. It has been a while and I was guessing we would likely never hear anything more. But, once they were back in, our rep Sarthak got them right out to us. I am very pleased with the purchase. I am impressed that they took the time and effort to make sure everything was as we wanted.

Our first set of grandchildren 11 years ago slept so good in this beautiful crib. Now we are enjoying our second set of grandchildren and with the help of their great customer service we can have them sleep peacefully in our home. We misplaced the hardware and they came through with no hesitation – best customer service!
