Lullaby Cradle Glider (640C, W, E & N)

Washington, D.C. - Consumers should stop using this product unless otherwise instructed. It is illegal to resell or attempt to resell a recalled consumer product.

Hazard: The mattress support board can fall out or slide out of the bottom of the cradle glider posing a risk that babies can fall out and suffer injuries.
Remedy: Repair

Description: The cradle is made of solid pine with slats on all four sides and a base that has a gliding side-to-side motion. The inner dimensions of the cradle measure 34.5 inches by 20.5 inches and includes a mattress pad and four wheels for easy movement. The cradle is sold in one design, four colors 640C, cherry; 640W, white; 640E, espresso; and 640N, natural. A label identifying the date of manufacture as October 2011 is located on the mattress support board.

Incidents/Injuries: Dream On Me and CPSC have received reports of two incidents while infants were asleep inside the cradle. A one-month old infant fell to the floor when the mattress support board partially fell out, but the child was uninjured. A second report involved a four-month old infant who did not fall out of the cradle after the mattress support board become partially disengaged.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled cradles and contact Dream On Me to obtain a free repair kit. Instructions for assembly will be included in the repair kit.




Happy Swing II (432G & 432R)



Dream On Me in cooperation with the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is recalling its Happy Swing II, Model 432 because CPSC testing shows the opening between the tray and seat or the grab bar and seat can allow a child's body to pass through and become entrapped at the neck, posing a strangulation hazard to young children if the belt is not engaged. Please stop using the swing immediately. While there have been no incidents with the swing reported, Dream On Me is taking this action to prevent future incidents.

Dream On Me is offering you a choice of (1) a replacement infant swing (Model 259 - click here) available December 1, 2012 or (2) a walker (Model 411 - click here) without charge. To receive your replacement product please do the following:

1. Destroy the recalled product: Make your recalled swing unusable by completely removing the seat from the frame of the swing and cutting the seat in half with a pair of scissors.

2. Email proof of destruction to Dream On Me: Take a picture of the unusable swing including the "law tag" from the back of the swing, which shows Dream On Me's name and model/style number of the recalled swing. Send the picture(s) to  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Include your name, address and telephone number in the email as well as state whether you wish to receive swing Model 259 or walker Model 411 and in which color.

3. Receive replacement product: Upon receipt of the requested documentation, Dream On Me will ship you your selected replacement product.

The Happy Swing II, Model 432 frame and seat should not be returned to the manufacturer or retailer. After making the swing unusable you can dispose of it with your household trash. Please do not attempt to sell, re-sell or donate the recalled swing as we do not want a child to be injured and it is against the law to resell a recalled product.

Bistro High Chair (255P & 255B)


Dream On Me in cooperation with the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is recalling its Bistro High Chairs, Model 255 because CPSC testing shows that the front openings between the tray and seat bottom and on the side openings of the high chair between the armrest and seat bottom can allow a child's body to pass through and become entrapped at the neck. This poses a strangulation hazard to young children if the belt is not engaged. In addition, exposed springs between the seat and armrest on both sides of the high chair can create a pinch hazard to the child. Please stop using the high chair immediately. While there have been no incidents with the high chairs reported, Dream On Me is taking this action to prevent future incidents.

Dream On Me is offering a replacement high chair Model 258 (Click here for 258RED and here for 258BLACK). To receive your replacement product, please do the following:

1. Destroy the recalled high chair: Make your recalled high chair unusable by completely removing the fabric seat cover from the high chair. To facilitate removal of the seat cover from the high chair cut each of the five straps that hold the seat in place (two straps are located at the top of the high chair and thee are located below the seat bottom).

2. Email proof of destruction to Dream On Me: Take a picture of the unusable high chair including the "law tag" from the back of the chair, which shows Dream On Me's name and the model/style number of the recalled high chair. 3. Receive replacement product: Upon receipt of the requested documentation, Dream On Me will ship you your replacement high chair.

The Bistro High Chair, Model 255 frame and fabric seat cover should not be returned to the manufacturer or retailer. After making the high chair unusable, you can dispose of it with your household trash. Please do not attempt to sell, re-sell or donate the recalled high chair as we do not want a child to be injured and it is against the law to resell a recalled product.

Dream On Me in cooperation with the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is recalling its Infant Bath Seats, Model Numbers 251, 252 and 253. According to CPSC, the bath seats fail to meet federal safety standards, including the requirements for stability. Specifically, the bath seats can tip-over, posing a risk of drowning to babies. Dream On Me and the CPSC are aware of at least five reports associated with the bath seats. While there have been no injuries with the Bath Seats, Dream On Me is taking this action to prevent future injuries. Please stop using your Dream On Me Baby Bath Seat immediately.

Dream On Me is offering free-of-charge a replacement infant bath tub Model 248 (Click here for 248Yellow, here for 248Blue, here for 248White and here for 248Pink). To receive your replacement product, please do the following:

1. Destroy the recalled bath tub: Make your recalled bath tub unusable by removing the suction cups and cutting them up with a pair of scissors.

2. Email proof of destruction to Dream On Me: Take a picture of the unusable bath seat and send it to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  including your name, address and telephone number in the email.

3. Receive replacement product: Upon receipt of the requested documentation, Dream On Me will ship you your replacement bath tub.

The Bath Seats should not be returned to the manufacturer or retailer. After making the item unusable, you can dispose of it with your household trash. Please do not attempt to sell, re-sell or donate the recalled products as we do not want a child to be injured and it is against the law to resell a recalled product.

Bed Guards (420B & 420P)


Dream On Me in cooperation with the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is recalling its Lattice Bed Rails, Model 420P and 420B because CPSC has identified a potential risk of injury. If the bed rail separates from the mattress, a child could become entrapped between the mattress and the rail, creating suffocation and strangulation hazards. While there have been no incidents reported with the Bed Rails, Dream On Me is taking this action to prevent future injuries. Please stop using your recalled bed rail immediately and follow the instructions below.

Dream On Me is offering a refund for the bed rails. With proof of purchase (e.g., a credit card receipt, a cash register receipt, an email receipt), you will receive a refund of the full price you paid for the bed rail as reflected on the proof of purchase document. Without proof of purchase, you will receive a refund of $20.00. To obtain your refund, please do the following:

1. Destroy the recalled bed rail: Make your recalled bed rail unusable by cutting the mesh.

2. Send proof of destruction to Dream On Me: Take 2 pictures of the unusable bed rail showing the cut mesh and include in the photo the name Dream On Me found on the top rail. Send the  photographs along with a copy of your proof of purchase  to Dream On Me via email at  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  or through the postal service to Dream On Me - 125 Helen St., South Plainfield, NJ 07080.

3. Receive replacement product: Upon receipt of the photos and any proof of purchase, Dream On Me will send you a refund check for the purchase price shown on the proof of purchase. If you do not have proof of purchase, Dream On Me will provide a refund of $20.00 upon receipt of the photos of the destroyed bed rail and the name Dream On Me from the top rail.

The bed guards should not be returned to the manufacturer or retailer. After making the item unusable, you can dispose of it with your household trash. Please do not attempt to sell, re-sell or donate the recalled products as we do not want a child to be injured and it is against the law to resell a recalled product.
