On May, 2011 - in cooperation with the US Consumer Product Safety Commission, Dream On Me announced a Recall in regards to the Full Size and Portable Drop Sided Cribs. If you own a Portable Drop-Sided crib model 621, 625 or 627 manufactured between August 2007 and February 2009 Dream On Me will be replacing those portable cribs free of charge. To see if your crib is eligible to be replaced make sure it's manufactured between the posted dates and fill out the form in the link below. We will be requiring a picture of the crib and the manufacturer date to be submitted to us for verification purposes.
